Comic-Con 2006

The panel ended with a pretty bad ass preview of the third installment, PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN: AT WORLD’S END. There was so much to take in, it was hard to retain everything but here are a few highlights:

Chow Yun Fat’s character, Sao Feng, plays a significant role in the film as there were a lot of scenes of Johnny Depp’s Jack Sparrow and Keira Knightley’s Elizabeth Swan dressed in traditional Asian clothes.

There was a double ship canon battle that looked particularly impressive.

One scene showed Jack and the rest of the crew moving from one end of the ship to another in order to prevent the ship from tipping over.

There seemed to be a huge battle on Sao Feng’s ship.

There was a sword fight between Jack and Barbossa (although it could have been Jones) on top of one of the ship’s masts.

Classic Jack Sparrow moment – “Did no one come to rescue me because they miss me?” Everyone stays quiet then the monkey raises his hand.
